Established to provide a platform for women in the media industry, FeJAL aims to address gender imbalances, foster professional development, and advocate for the rights and welfare of female journalists.

Our Fellows

The Female Journalists Association of Liberia Fellowship Program is a distinguished initiative designed to empower and uplift female journalists in Liberia. It offers three specialized fellowship programs:

Mentorship Fellowship: Provides personalized support and skill-building.

NewsRoom Leaders Fellowship: Builds leadership capacity for newsroom management.

Young Intern Fellowship: Offers real newsroom exposure for rising journalists.

These fellowships promote leadership, empowerment, and professional development for Liberian female journalists.
