She  is the Executive Director of the Women NGOs Secretariat of Liberia (WONGOSOL), where she focuses on networking, strategic planning, and capacity building to promote women’s rights. With over ten years of experience in project management, she emphasizes psycho-social counseling, advocacy, and community mobilization, ensuring women’s voices are heard and empowering them to participate effectively in decision-making processes. Esther is actively involved in national advocacy for women’s representation in government and coordinates programs for women-led civil society organizations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Liberia and has participated in international training programs, including SIDA ITP UNSCR 1325. Her roles on various boards and committees highlight her commitment to gender equality and women’s empowerment, embodying her belief that achieving gender equality requires resolute dedication to the process.
